What to send

A stable link to the exact paper or manuscript version.
The version date and a SHA-256 hash, if you have one.
Whether the claim is P = NP, P ≠ NP, or another result.
A short account of the main new step and the gates it clears.
An email address for questions about the record.

What happens next

A human checks that the claim and version can be pinned.
The record is checked against the submission rules and first gates.
A human decides whether to register it, ask for more evidence, or decline it.

Nothing is published automatically. Email does not create a public entry, and watcher discovery does not bypass review.
